South Florida Housing Bubble

South Florida has been one of the hotest areas for the housing increase. Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton are top spots for vacationers. But now, the same can be said for home values.

We have recently checked the South Florida area and found that even more undesirable locations has enjoyed this increase. Through interviews of local realtors in the South Florida area, they advised us, that they have in fact seen bubbles to a lower extreme in the past.

Their tips for home buyers is to avoid some of the rampant speculation going on. If you cannot find a house in the “good area” of town. By no means, by something in the “bad” area. Stick to searching for homes in cities such as Boca Raton. Boca has a reputation of being for the rich and elite. Home shoppers with limited budgets still can find properties in Boca Raton at reasonable rates. Try websites such as Fig3.com. They have a search for homes which are For Sale By Owner. They have listed all of the top For Sale By Owner websites wrapped up in one.
